Most SheruTools operate entirely in your browser. Files you upload for processing (images, PDFs, text) are processed locally on your device and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

AI-Powered Tools

Tools that use AI (email writer, content rewriter, code explainer, etc.) send your input text to our API, which forwards it to OpenAI for processing. We do not store your input or the AI-generated output after the response is delivered.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, tool usage frequency, browser type, and geographic region. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

Account Data

If you create an account or purchase a premium plan, we collect your email address and payment information. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your full credit card details.
